At the age of 23, I am a lecturer @Lady Shri Ram College,DU

Well, it might not be a surprise since it’s not very early for many of you… but for me ,it is… since I knew from the very beginning that I was really a slow learner , not so social and a totally under confident person.

I topped my school when I was 17 and was the top 1.5 % of the country in terms of academic results. I joined Lady Shri Ram College (Delhi University) to study B.COM(hons) in 2011.and got placed in one of the worst companies which screwed me within just 5 months of the job . Thankfully I had cracked the M.COM entrance exam which saved me from wasting one year.I completed M.COM in 2016 and within a few months got an offer from an American company for online teaching. Since then I am associated with the Brainfuse , teaching the US students.Meanwhile one more company offered me the same job. That’s an Indian company though. I teach many international students from all over the world through online tutoring. And finally in August I got an offer from my Alma mater to teach Financial Accounting to the first years.

Well all through these years my only mantra was hard work and patience . Today I can give career counseling to many ,teach them subjects like finance, accounting, economics etc .I can teach them how to study well ,I can help people organise their school life, handle their personal problems and can help them in almost every thing .

This has been a long journey.A journey involving lot of pain, struggles, helplessness, failures, embarrassments and finally some success. There is a lot to learn even now. Even now I deal with so many pressures like fear of getting fired , insecurities , lack of social ability and so many more. But the only difference is that now I know that everything can be handled.

PS: What are your problems in achieving your goals, ( may be I can help you in some way) ,do you have any personal problems ( since I have already been a good advisor , you can trust me on that), please feel free to share them all. You can also mail me at for any problems .Let’s make this world a better place.

  1. Well done I was the same many years ago but in a different way. I left school at 15 and started my own business when I was 21 it was a lovely feeling and I have had a good life. Now I’m retired. Anyway good luck in your career.

  2. Congrats to you for the spirit and cheerfulness. You can sure be a great teacher. My sister also joined teaching at very young age can say even younger than you after her masters and mphil. She was outstanding throughout and she made a good name in the year one and as you know govt jobs always have less growth but job satisfaction is most important. As long as you feel satisfied and your students perform outstanding in your subject that’s a big reward being a teacher. Wish you more heights and happiness in teaching. Good luck.

  3. Wow…a young guru… It indeed is an ultimate bliss to get an offer from your own Alma mater… But teaching in the present state in India has become such a disrespectful job. isn’t it??

  4. I’m a very sensitive person, I worked for 2 months for my latest job. There was a problem for me where my superior is a dick, after that I left the job while saying to my boss, fuck you! I’m outta here!

    • Hahahahah….that takes a lot of courage dude…. quiet impressive….it is really very tough to decide something when it comes to d career….But certainly there has to be a limit to everything….We need to take a decision after that limit is crossed.

      • Thank you πŸ˜‚
But the truth is much more complicated, I don’t have anyone to talk about it recently, so I’m glad that I can share it with you πŸ˜„
        Haven’t published new post?

      • I would love to hear about the truth….long time back in 2014.. I was just 20 then…I used to work in the corporate office…I couldn’t find anything interesting out there …it was all mess….the boss, my senior, and so much more….I was wondering if I am not a corporate material….These things happen … Moreover It also creates a lot of stress on our minds…good that you took a decision…. Regarding the posts….I generally post my experiences … Right now I was on leave… working on a research paper
…will post if I see something interesting … looking forward to your posts πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

      • Hahaha, probably next time for my truth. What do you mean with corporate?
Wish you luck with your research and I’d love to hear about it 😁
