Do you talk to the walls?

Drink lots and lots of water,follow a proper diet, do some squats, ten minutes yoga , a minimal skin care twice a day, make good friends , do some meditation and that’s all.

Key to live a happy life is very simple. It’s not about spending lots of time on people who do not even matter to you or spending all of your hard earned money on buying beauty products and never even using them or keeping grudges with Mummy Papa or spending hours in front of the mirror.

We have limited amount of time on Earth. Every day, every hour, every second is important. Plan each day in advance, make real friends (and not virtual friends) , care about people in your life, care about yourself and DO NOT TALK TO THE WALLS.


  1. You are right in so many ways. I will be honest, a few years ago about a decade really, I was someone who would ‘talk to walls’. It took me a long time to see it, and to understand what made me different, how to embrace it and live life to the fullest. I like this post a lot.

  3. Good advice. But there are people living peacefully with less real friends, and more virtual friends. I am one of them. And yes, I do talk, not just to the walls, but to many inanimate objects. 🙂
